Mental Health Conditions We Treat

Mental health difficulties rarely fit neatly into a single category. Symptoms can overlap, change over time, and affect different areas of a person’s life, including relationships, work, school, and everyday functioning.

At Reclaim Recovery & Healing Center, we work with adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health conditions and emotional difficulties. Our approach looks beyond symptoms and diagnoses to understand the individual, their relationships, experiences, environment, and the patterns that may be contributing to their distress.

If you’re struggling and aren’t sure what diagnosis—or even what kind of help—you need, you don’t have to figure that out alone.

A Personalized Approach to Care

No two individuals experience mental health challenges in the same way. That is why our services are designed to be flexible and tailored to each person’s needs, goals, and stage of recovery.

Whether you are seeking focused individual support, group based connection, or broader wellness strategies, our clinical team works to create a plan that aligns with your situation.

Each service can be integrated into different levels of care, including Partial Hospitalization Program PHP, Intensive Outpatient Program IOP, and Outpatient treatment, ensuring continuity and consistency across your care journey.

A Personalized Approach to Care

Conditions

Borderline Personality Disorder – BPD and Emotional Dysregulation

BPD can affect emotional regulation, relationships, identity, and a person’s sense of stability. Treatment can provide support for understanding intense emotions, recurring interpersonal difficulties, impulsivity, and patterns that can become difficult to manage alone.

Sometimes emotions become so intense or difficult to manage that they interfere with relationships, work, school, or everyday life. Emotional dysregulation can occur with many different conditions—or without fitting neatly into one diagnosis.

Anxiety & OCD

Persistent anxiety, panic, intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, and avoidance can gradually restrict a person’s life. Treatment can help individuals understand these patterns and develop more effective ways of responding to anxiety and distress.

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma can affect emotional regulation, relationships, memory, sense of safety, and a person’s relationship with themselves and others. Reclaim provides trauma-informed care that considers the broader context of each person’s experiences.

Mood Disorders

Depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood-related conditions can significantly affect energy, motivation, relationships, thinking, and daily functioning. Reclaim provides structured treatment for individuals experiencing significant mood-related difficulties.

When Your Symptoms Don’t Fit Into One Category

Many people come to treatment experiencing more than one difficulty at the same time.

Anxiety may occur alongside depression. Trauma may affect relationships and emotional regulation. Mood symptoms may overlap with difficulties with identity or interpersonal functioning.

Rather than trying to force every experience into a single category, we take the time to understand how different aspects of your experience interact.

Holistic healing approaches support the connection between mind and body, offering additional tools for managing stress, improving emotional balance, and enhancing overall recovery.

These services are integrated into treatment to provide a more complete and well rounded approach to mental health care.

Not Sure Where You Fit?

You don’t need to arrive with the right diagnosis or know exactly which program you need.

Our team can help you understand what you’re experiencing and determine whether Reclaim’s programs are an appropriate level of care.
