Some emotional and psychological difficulties become difficult to manage with weekly therapy alone. Symptoms may begin to affect relationships, work, school, daily responsibilities, or a person’s ability to feel connected to their own life.
Reclaim Recovery & Healing Center provides PHP, IOP, and outpatient mental health care for adults experiencing complex emotional and psychological difficulties.
Our goal is not simply to reduce symptoms. We work collaboratively with each person to understand the difficulties they are experiencing, develop meaningful strategies for change, and build a path toward greater stability and well-being.

When Weekly Therapy Isn’t Enough
You may be functioning on the outside while struggling significantly on the inside.
You may be experiencing:
- Intense or rapidly changing emotions
- Difficulty regulating anger, anxiety, sadness, or distress
- Persistent anxiety or panic
- Depression or loss of motivation
- Trauma-related symptoms
- Difficulties in relationships
- Patterns of conflict or instability
- Problems with impulsivity or self-destructive behaviors
- Obsessive thoughts or compulsive behaviors
- Difficulty managing major life transitions
- Feeling overwhelmed despite previous attempts at treatment
- A sense that you understand your problems but cannot seem to change the patterns
When these difficulties begin interfering with everyday life, a more structured level of support may be appropriate.
Treatment That Looks at the Whole Person
We don’t believe that a diagnosis tells the whole story.
Mental health difficulties develop within the context of a person’s relationships, history, environment, experiences, and current circumstances. Treatment therefore needs to consider more than symptoms alone.
At Reclaim, we combine individualized clinical care with opportunities for connection, reflection, skill development, and deeper therapeutic work.
Our Adult Programs
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
For adults who need a highly structured level of treatment while continuing to live at home and remain connected to their community.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
For adults who need more support and structure than traditional outpatient therapy while continuing to participate in work, school, family, and everyday life.

Outpatient Therapy
For individuals who can benefit from ongoing individualized treatment without the structure of an intensive program.
Our Clinical Approach
Individualized Care
Treatment begins with understanding the individual—not simply assigning a diagnosis.
Evidence-Based Treatment
Our clinicians draw from established therapeutic approaches and tailor treatment to each person’s needs.
Trauma-Informed Care
We consider how experiences of trauma and adversity may influence emotions, relationships, behaviors, and patterns of coping.
Collaborative Treatment
We believe meaningful change requires an active therapeutic relationship in which clients have a voice in understanding their experiences and determining their goals.
Whole-Person Care
Mental health does not exist separately from relationships, family, work, community, and everyday life. Our approach considers the person within the broader context of their life.

To our patients
You Don’t Have to Wait Until Things Get Worse
Seeking treatment doesn’t mean that you have failed or that you need to have everything figured out.
Sometimes the most important step is simply recognizing that the way things are going isn’t sustainable.
Our team can help you understand what you’re experiencing, explore your treatment options, and determine what level of care may be appropriate.
